Furnishing our minds with the material of knowledge, without understanding it, will not make us well read. However, both that material and understanding come in grades. The world is crammed with all sorts of reading material written and understood by humanity, yet far inferior to that dictated by the Originator of all. The Qur’an is the only material with that status. Only through reading It with understanding, alongside all worldly material, will we ever hope to become well read.

Prof Booley has a PhD in (Social Science); MEd (Adult Education); and MSc (Social Research). Raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Prof. Booley currently resides in Ireland. He is a former lecturer of social science, psychology and social work; and has 20 years experience in Family and Child Care.
